Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs is required.
• Knowledge of policies, standards, and procedures of the participating board of LLR.
• Knowledge of South Carolina and federal law; court-related procedures and rules of guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze letters and correspondence to provide a full, fair view of the file.
• Assess files for SCRPP policy and applicable law and identify legal concerns.
• Draft higher level substantive analysis when needed.
• Handle requests for SCRPP compliance letters and ongoing updates from hospital systems.
• Provide legal oversight and communication to stakeholders; respond to attorneys and other parties.
