LRADAC serves as the General Counsel for the South Carolina Recovering Professionals Program (SCRPP) and seeks a full-time attorney to provide legal oversight, compliance review, and policy interpretation under SC and federal law. The role includes reviewing correspondence, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading program oversight.

The position requires a Juris Doctor, membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, and experience managing complex programs.

• Juris Doctor degree and practicing attorney.
• Must be a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar.
• Experience managing complex programs is required.
• Knowledge of SC and federal law; general case, statutory, and common law; judicial procedures is required.
