Rancho Seco Care Center is seeking an experienced General Contractor / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to support facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects across multiple locations. You will work hands-on in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, and carpentry, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a general contractor or multi-trade technician.

• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and technical documents.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed or certified in one or more trades.

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or commercial facilities.
