Qualifications

Property Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a dependable general laborer to perform a variety of building maintenance, repair, renovation, and facility support duties. This position is responsible for maintaining properties, completing repairs, supporting rehabilitation projects, and ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Job Duties

• Perform general building maintenance and repair work
• Complete plumbing, HVAC, and basic electrical maintenance tasks
• Repair and install drywall as needed
• Perform painting, patching, and finishing work
• Install and repair flooring, tile, and related building materials
• Conduct general handyman repairs and preventative maintenance
• Assist with property rehabilitation and renovation projects
• Perform cleaning, organizing, and property preparation tasks
• Load, unload, move, and transport materials, equipment, and furniture
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with additional maintenance and facility support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or related trades preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, painting, and tiling practices
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to safely perform maintenance, repair, and moving tasks
