Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional emergency or after-hours work, and on callevery other week.

Description:

Cavins Group is a fast-growing, full-service emergency response and restoration company serving Oklahoma and surrounding states. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable General Construction & Remodeling Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has broad construction experience and takes pride in quality craftsmanship and problem-solving in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial remodels and repairs
• Framing, drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Install various types of flooring (vinyl, laminate, tile, etc.)
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work
• Execute demolition and structural repair tasks as needed
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience
• Strong skills in framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Must be willing to work occasional on-call shifts for emergency response jobs
