Job Description

NCW is hiring Construction Laborers for a modular home manufacture in Indianapolis. We are seeking laborers with experience in trimming/framing carpentry, drywall, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, AC/furnace installation, exterior painting, roofing/ceiling work, final finishing, etc. This is an on-site position in a temperature-controlled warehouse offering competitive wages and benefits. Work schedule is Monday-Friday starting at 7:00am-3:30pm. You must have your own nail pouch, tape measure, utility knife, and hammer, at minimum.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction is not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and kneeling.
