LIVunLtd is seeking qualified Fitness Club Managers, titled as Experience Managers, to join our growing team. As an Experience Manager, you will ensure smooth operational procedures across all areas of the amenity space, delivering high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities include implementing objectives, overseeing activities, and administering policies. The role requires motivation, positivity, and leadership with a passion for service excellence.

This is a pipeline job posting for current or future opportunities as an Experience Manager for our luxury residential clients.

Essential Responsibilities

Operations + Facility Management

• Oversee daily facility operations, approve timecards, track inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare reports on amenities usage, participation, finances, and operational updates.
• Maintain communication with residents, management, and staff; assist in hiring and training staff.

Fitness + Group Fitness Programs

• Create and distribute monthly activity calendars; collaborate on fitness schedules; report attendance.

Amenity Activation + Events

• Coordinate resident events and private functions; manage event costs and logistics.

Pool Operations (location dependent)

• Monitor pool maintenance, safety, and compliance; report issues and propose repairs.

Concierge Services (location dependent)

• Coordinate resident requests and promote concierge services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Effective communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of NYC attractions and hospitality; excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with G Suite.
