EMCOR Government Services is seeking a full-time General Cleaner for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA II) project in College Park, MD. This SEIU Local 32BJ-represented position involves maintaining clean and sanitary facilities in a federal project environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking supplies, restroom sanitation, and trash removal. The role requires independence, safety compliance, and the ability to read English instructions.

Formación

• Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, stock and supply designated building areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
