Modern Maintenance Building Services, Inc. in Wisconsin (headquartered in New Berlin) is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to service several office facilities within walking distance in the Waukesha area.

The shifts run Tuesday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with outdoor walking in weather as needed. The role involves cleaning designated areas, performing tasks assigned by the supervisor, and maintaining building cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Flexible and willing to complete tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Able to perform cleaning duties as required across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to disposal area.
• Sweep and mop hard floors.
• Clean glass areas.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors.
• Clean restrooms and maintain supplies; ensure restrooms are stocked.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Duties may be modified at any time based on customer/manager discretion.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are in search of a Part-Time General Cleaner to handle cleaning and maintenance several office facilities within walking distance located in the Waukesha area. The work schedule is Tuesday and Friday's only, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This job may require walking outside in certain weather conditions.

General Cleaners maintain the cleanliness of their designated buildings/areas by performing various cleaning duties. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.
