Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner for the part-time 2nd shift (Tue/Thu, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM) at a rate of $17 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning, restrooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining safety standards in a customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and able to work with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required. PTO, 401(k) eligibility, and Daily Pay option are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to follow safety regulations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and restroom cleaning per health standards.
• Stock and organize janitorial supply rooms.
• Inform management of safety hazards or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security by locking doors after hours.
• Perform other duties and trainings as assigned.

Job Skills / Requirements

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
