GDI, Inc. in Portland, ME is seeking a dependable janitorial worker for an evening shift (5:30 pm to 9:30 pm). You will clean a commercial building, sweep, mop and vacuum, restock restrooms and break rooms, and manage waste within a four-hour block.

The role requires reliable transportation, the ability to pass a federal background check, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team. Timekeeping is performed through a phone-based punch system.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning a commercial building is preferred.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Timekeeping is done via a phone-based system.

Responsabilités

Available Shift:

5:30 pm to 930pm

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Complete work with within budgeted time (4 hours)
• Cleaning of a commercial building
• Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer
• Cleaning restrooms, break-rooms, dusting and trash removal
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum

Requirements:

• Experience with cleaning a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)
