Job summary

GDI Services Inc US in Augusta, ME is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain a commercial office building after business hours. You will perform basic cleaning tasks, restock supplies, remove trash, and work both independently and with a small team.

The available shift is Monday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Requirements include 1 year of experience cleaning commercial spaces, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)

Responsibilities

• Complete work with within budgeted time (4 hours)
• Cleaning of a commercial office building
• Refill all dispensers and paper products
• Removal of trash
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
