Job summary

GDI, Inc. seeks an experienced cleaner to maintain a clean and safe environment at our Bath, ME facility. You will perform daily cleaning in a commercial office building, including restrooms, floors, and common areas.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a federal background check. Evening shift: Mon-Fri 5:30pm–10:30pm; competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete work within budgeted time (6 hours).
• Refill all dispensers and paper products.
• Cleaning of restrooms, common spaces and floors in a commercial office building.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. • Other cleaning tasks as assigned.

• Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)
• Must be able to communicate in English (will be using checklists)
