Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a part-time night shift cleaner for a commercial office building. The role involves cleaning restrooms, common areas, and floors, with duties including restocking dispensers and maintaining cleanliness to meet the company’s standards.

The position requires reliable transportation and the ability to pass a federal background check. Shifts run Monday – Wednesday – Friday from 8pm to 12am, with an emphasis on punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to safety

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Complete work with within budgeted time (6 hours)
• Refill all dispensers and paper products
• Cleaning of restrooms, common spaces and floors in a commercial office building
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Attendance is essential
• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adhere to safety standards
• Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)
• Must be able to communicate in English (will be using checklists)
