Summary

The General Cleaner performs cleaning tasks as outlined in the contract with the customer. This person reports any issues or suspicious activity to the supervisor or manager.

Job Duties

1. Empty trash and recycling
2. Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
3. Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
4. Clean restrooms thoroughly, restock supplies, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or mop floors
5. Ensure all lights are on/off and doors are secured when leaving an area
6. Keep closets clean, neat, and organized
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation for consistent dependability
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screen as per contractual obligations
