Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Heart Care in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Cardiologist for a high-volume, employed practice. You will balance outpatient and inpatient duties within a robust cardiovascular network and lead patient care journeys from clinic to bedside.

Ideal candidates have fellowship training in cardiovascular disease, cardiology board credentials, and the ability to perform TTE/TEE and nuclear stress tests. Licensure and DEA in MD are required or in process.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required or equivalent.
• Maryland medical license or eligibility required.
• Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease preferred.
• Board Certification in Echocardiography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of 8 physicians and 7 APPs.
• Call structure: 1 week every 4-6 weeks.
• Practice setting: Outpatient and inpatient.
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system.
• Lead comprehensive patient care journeys from clinic to bedside.
• Deliver diagnostic insights via TTE, TEE, and nuclear stress tests.
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
• Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease.
