Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is seeking a General Automotive Technician to service a broad range of vehicle repair issues and rapidly identify performance problems.

Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing automotive systems, assisting peers, and clearly explaining issues to service writers. You’ll learn new techniques, document findings, and help estimate repair costs, all within a team with a strong atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as General Automotive Technician.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Own professional grade tools for general repair work.
• Experience troubleshooting and conducting mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability tests.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as aGeneral Automotive Technician
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need
• Experiencetroubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
