Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a General Automotive/R&R Technician to service a broad range of vehicle repair issues and quickly identify the cause of performance problems.

You will inspect, diagnose and repair automotive systems, work with transmission systems, and participate in ongoing training while maintaining clear records and delivering quality service in a safe, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as a General Automotive Technician.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need.
• Experiencetroubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
