Job Summary

Mid-level position for a high-energy individual with 1-5 years of experience in an automotive repair environment, proficiency in at least one under-car specialty, and ambition to enhance technical and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to ensure smooth shop operation but primarily work independently inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing customer vehicles.
• Engage in ongoing training to increase skill level, perform equipment maintenance, manage inventory, and maintain the shop environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 6 months hands-on experience in basic automotive maintenance and repair tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Knowledge of Automotive Systems: Understanding of vehicle systems and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems, with routine diagnostic capabilities.
• Proficiency with Tools: Experience using diagnostic scanners, wrenches, lifts, and other standard automotive tools safely and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and safety standards during inspections and repairs.
• Customer Service Skills: Effective communication with customers and team members, explaining repairs clearly and professionally while delivering excellent service.
