The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Elkton, MD is seeking an General Auto Service Tech / Entry-Level Mechanic. Must have 1-2 years of automotive repair experience. Paid training is provided and a 5-day work week with Sundays off supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive maintenance or repair experience.
• Own a basic set of automotive repair tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services including oil changes, lube services, and fluid flushes.
• Complete Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs).
• Assist with brake services (experience a plus, not required).
• Gain hands-on experience while working toward technician certifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
