Job summary

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) through the Office of Chief Counsel seeks an attorney to provide legal guidance on real property matters and support CBP's land acquisitions.

You will draft deeds, sales and exchange agreements, and title opinions, ensuring compliance with DOJ Title Regulations and agency goals.

You will assist DOJ as agency counsel in civil actions, perform legal research, and develop training for CBP managers and employees.
