Custom Staffing is partnering with a local padlock manufacturer to add an experienced General Assembly Associate to their team in Prospect, OH. This is a temp-to-hire position with benefits after one calendar month of being hired on.

They offer a 401K with a Safe Harbor company match and are a profit sharing company. Shackle Assembler pays $17.53/hr on 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, with weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and identify and gather correct shackles.
• Inspect the padlock and machine setup before operation.
• Operate with small parts carefully and use a foot pedal as required.
• Make pad locks and ensure quality during assembly.

Shackle Assembler:

• Pay:$17.53/hr (Pay increase once hired)
• Shift:1st
• Hours:7am-3:30pm (Weekends and overtime as needed)

Shackle Assembler Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with small parts
• Responsible for keying new locks
• Reading work orders
• Identifying and gathering correct shackles
• Making pad locks
• Checking set up of machine; if unsure, ask Trainer or Supervisor for assistance
• Using a foot pedal
• Inspecting the padlock
