Zaniboni Lighting is seeking a full-time assembler to build light fixtures with speed and accuracy, following work orders and assembly schematics. You will use basic hand and power tools, rivet guns, and silicone application, while keeping areas clean and safe.
Cross-training across production is expected to cover varying workloads. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with two paid 15-minute breaks and a full unpaid lunch hour; overtime may be available.

Physical Demands
Must be able to sit and/or stand at a work station for 8 hours, with breaks while occasionally bending, stooping, and twisting and do repetitive work 2 to 4 hours at a time.
This position requires manual dexterity and constant use of hands to assemble using manual and power tools.
Drug Free Workplace:
We are a Florida Drug Free Workplace. The company requires all employees to complete a pre-employment 10 panel drug screen; employment status will be dependent on ability to pass this screening and partake on a quarterly random screen.
Hours, compensation and benefits:
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00PM with two paid 15-minute breaks and a full un-paid lunch hour, with some flexibility to work overtime when needed based on workload.
Hourly rate $19 per hour, negotiable based on skillset and experience.
