Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Able to read and follow work orders and assembly instructions.
• Able to read basic technical drawings or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations to build light fixtures and accessories with quality in mind.
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions and schematics.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components; rivet with compressed air rivet gun when required.
• Occasionally spray paint, sand blast or polish parts.
• Maintain safety and keep workspace clean and organized; follow production pace and quality standards.
• Cross-train and work in all areas of production as workload requires it.
