Job summary

Zaniboni Lighting in Florida is seeking assemblers to join our production team. You will assemble light fixtures and accessories with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality and meeting production demand.

The role requires reading work orders and assembly instructions, using basic hand and power tools, and operating a rivet gun. You'll maintain a clean, safe workspace and may work overtime to meet production demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Able to read and follow work orders, assembly instructions and basic drawings.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Good communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble light fixtures and accessories with quality and speed.
• Follow work orders, schematics, and instructions.
• Operate rivet gun, apply silicone, twist parts, and inspect finished products.
• Clean and organize work space; maintain tools.
• Cross-train across production areas as needed.
