Job summary

AREA TEMPS, INC. in Ohio is seeking individuals to perform assembly work using lean principles to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled environment.

You will follow detailed work instructions, assemble components with hand tools and bench-top pneumatic presses, evaluate small parts for quality, troubleshoot simple equipment, and support a safe, team-focused production line while maintaining compliance and standard work. Adherence to PPE and shop practices is required.

Qualifications

• Experience following detailed work instructions and work in a controlled environment.
• Ability to work with lean principles to improve efficiency and quality.
• Attention to quality and safety in a manufacturing setting.

• Assemble components using gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding with hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses.
• Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions.
• Promote and support a safe working environment.
• Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processes.
• Work effectively with others in a team environment.
• Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment
• Support and promote LEAN operations by following standard work
• Meet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated with same

A manufacturing company is seeking individuals who will perform assembly work utilizing lean principles to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Learn and carry out detailed work instructions
• Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools, and bench top pneumatic presses
• Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions
• Promote and support a safe working environment
• Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processes
• Work effectively with others in a team environment
