Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a warehouse assembler for our Olathe, KS facility. This role involves bench assembly, material handling, and general labor to support production, with a focus on safety and quality.

You may work either 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am Monday through Friday, with overtime possible based on customer demand. Prior experience is not required, but reliability and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends.
• Must follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Assemble in a warehouse bench setting with attention to detail and quality.
• Handle materials and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Assist with general labor to support daily production.
• Prepare skids for shipment and ensure materials are organized for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe production floor and support 5S initiatives.
• Operate forklift as needed and assist other departments as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 0-1 year(s) of experience
• Travel: None
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works in a warehouse bench assembly.
• Performs material handling and repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality.
• Perform general labor duties to support daily production and facility operations.
• Prepare skids for shipment, including cleaning and ensuring materials are properly organized and ready for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor through routine sweeping, trash removal, and housekeeping.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production area.
• Assist with floor organization and layout, including measuring and applying floor tape to designated areas.
• Maintain clear and organized workspaces to support efficient production flow.
• Operate a forklift as needed, if applicable.
• Assist production and other departments with general labor and facility support tasks as needed.
• Identifies and supports process improvement opportunities.
• Creates, prints, and applies assembly identification labels.
• Follows OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
