Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated in Colorado is seeking Excellerate General Assemblers to handle, fabricate, package, and ship assemblies of electrical components in a controlled construction/industrial environment.

This role requires 0-1 year of experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Shifts run 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am with potential overtime, and a strong emphasis on safety and 5S is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Works in a warehouse bench assembly.
  • Performs material handling and repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Perform general labor duties to support daily production and facility operations.
  • Prepare skids for shipment, including cleaning and ensuring materials are properly organized and ready for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor through routine sweeping, trash removal, and housekeeping.
  • Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production area.
  • Assist with floor organization and layout, including measuring and applying floor tape to designated areas.
  • Maintain clear and organized workspaces to support efficient production flow.
  • Operate a forklift as needed, if applicable.
  • Assist production and other departments with general labor and facility support tasks as needed.
  • Identifies and supports process improvement opportunities.
  • Creates, prints, and applies assembly identification labels.
  • Follows OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Travel: None

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
