Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of engineered electrical and fabrication solutions. Excellerate General Assemblers handle assembly of electrical components in a controlled warehouse setting under supervision, contributing to safe, quality production for construction sites.

This role offers hands-on assembly, wire pulls, conduit bending, and material handling while adhering to 5S and OSHA safety standards. Overtime may be required; shifts may vary based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year(s) of experience.
• Travel: None.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am, Monday–Friday; overtime possible; shifts may vary per customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
• Assembles electrical components under supervision of Journeyman Electrician.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and implements improvements.
• Maintains high quality and zero defects through attention to detail.
• Adheres to 5S principles for safe, organized work area.
• Performs repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Bends conduit using various bending equipment.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Performs material handling duties.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment and work area.
• Maintains OSHA, company, and customer safety compliance.
• Creates/prints/prints assembly identification labels.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Travel: None

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Works within a warehouse bench assembly environment.
• Assembles various electrical components equipment under the supervision of an experienced Journeymen Electrician.
• Identifies ways to improve processes and participate in implementing those improvements.
• Uses keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and zero defects.
• Adheres to 5S principles ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period.
• Bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Performs material handling duties.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and work area.
• Maintains compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Creating/Printing/Application of assembly identification labels.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
