FTI is seeking a Field Support Specialist to improve job site logistics and support construction operations. The role emphasizes safe handling of materials, timely deliveries, and efficient warehouse practices in a dynamic environment.
Candidates typically have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in logistics or related roles, and a willingness to travel about 20%. The position runs 6 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime possible.

Field Support Specialists with Excellerate have the unique opportunity to be part of changing the status quo. Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or construction support role. Experience with transportation and material handling is preferred.
Travel: 20%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
