HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL is seeking a full-time General Anesthesiologist to join an established team. This program supports OB nighthawk APPs and emphasizes work/life balance with a 40–50 hour week and 1:8 overnight call, with a post-call day off.

The department staffs 8 anesthesiologists and 21 CAAs across 15 sites, offering a diverse case mix including general surgery, ortho, endo, GYN, vascular, OB, EP, and spine.

Responsibilities

• Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 21 CAAs across 15 sites; Medical Direction of CAAs and CRNAs.
• Diverse case mix: General Surgery, Ortho, Endo, GYN, Vascular, OB, EP, Spine, etc.
• Average 40–50 hour work week with in-house overnight call 1:8 (3p–7a); post-call day off.
• Dedicated APP stays in-house and covers OB, Monday–Sunday, 8p–8a; 3-person team on a 3-week rotation.
