Responsibilities

• Join a team of 8 anesthesiologists and 21 CAAs covering 15 sites of service.
• Operate within a medical direction model with CAAs and CRNAs.
• Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, gynecology, vascular, obstetrics, spine, and electrophysiology.
• No trauma or cardiac cases.
• Average work week of 40–50 hours.
• In-house overnight call rotation of 1:8 (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with a post-call day off.
• Dedicated APP provides in-house OB coverage seven nights per week (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Three-person physician team rotating on a three-week schedule.

Recent program enhancements, including dedicated OB nighthawk APP coverage, have further optimized physician scheduling while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Position Overview

• Join a team of 8 Anesthesiologists and 21 CAAs covering 15 sites of service
• Medical direction model with CAAs and CRNAs
• Diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Gynecology, Vascular, Obstetrics, Electrophysiology, and Spine procedures
• No trauma and no cardiac cases
• Average work week of 40–50 hours
• In‑house overnight call rotation of 1:8 (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with post‑call day off
• Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider provides in‑house OB coverage seven nights per week (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• Three‑person physician team rotating on a three‑week schedule

Qualified Candidates

• Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
