Job summary

HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time General Anesthesiologist to join a vibrant, patient-centered anesthesia team.

The team consists of 4 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Endoscopy. No trauma, obstetrics, or pediatric cases; about 25 surgical cases daily. Competitive compensation with start date bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for/unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a diverse case mix across multiple ORs and labs.
• Contribute to a collaborative anesthesia care team of physicians and CRNAs.
• Share beeper call equitably and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
