Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and automated financial processes.
• Advanced data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard university assets.
• Oversee month-end and fiscal year-end closes and schedules.
• Analyze processes and system integrations to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Direct reconciliations of university records with state and banks.
• Manage Banner Finance and related financial systems administration.
• Develop and communicate accounting policies and best practices.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports for leadership and departments.
• Lead a team including two supervisors overseeing access, training, and audits.
