Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Masters in accounting or CPA preferred for Tier II.
• 5+ years accounting experience or 3+ years in public accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor Staff Accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Month and year end closing processes and audits.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain subsidiary ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements and schedules for external audits.
• Create accounting systems and internal controls.
• Provide staff guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
