Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking a General Accounting Analyst at the Bicron facility in Torrington, CT. The role supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities, reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and an understanding of internal controls. This is a full-time position requiring detail orientation, confidentiality, and independent work across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business with emphasis on Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and internal controls.
• High attention to detail and organized time management.
• Independent work style with cross-department communication.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP and AR processes with accurate invoicing and payments.
• Prepare standard journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Perform reconciliations and generate financial reports.
• Support ERP system operations and maintain Ledger accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing issues.
