Responsibilities

  • Engage in research on seed viability testing and regeneration protocols to improve germplasm maintenance.
  • Apply high-throughput genomics and phenomics techniques to characterize accessions.
  • Collaborate with USDA ARS curators and PGITRU staff to analyze genotypic and phenotypic data.
