You will collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to ensure reliable and compliant production in a cutting-edge facility.

The role emphasizes training and mentoring operators and inspectors, maintaining inspection tools, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Must pass a vision exam and be free of color blindness.
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring near-vision clarity (20/20 at close range).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; not sponsoring visas.

Responsibilities

• Understand the scientific and quality principles that govern visual inspection of drug products.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to the visual inspection process.
• Support qualification and ongoing performance of inspection personnel and equipment.
• Maintain visual inspection tools and materials in partnership with Quality Assurance.
• Monitor visual inspection performance and quality metrics; identify trends.
