Job summary

UNDP in New York seeks a Gender Specialist, Accountability and Reporting to drive gender equality commitments under the GES 2026-2029 and GEAP. You will coordinate reporting, lead interagency collaboration, and ensure data-driven decision making.

You will develop dashboards, oversee financial tracking for gender equality, and support country offices with analytical insights, working across HQ, regional hubs, and COs.

Qualifications

• Experience in gender equality programming and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver UNDP’s reporting on gender equality including annual and GEAP reports.
• Provide technical and coordination support for GSIC and related governance bodies.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Lead implementation of UN-SWAP and GEAP standards and track budgets/expenditures for gender equality.
• Support country offices with data and analytics for programming decisions.
