Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience and 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or mechanical/electrical engineering background preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus.
• Ability to manage budgets and operate with a team in a unionized environment.
