Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Emphasis in engineering, business administration, or related area required.
• 5 years of related experience; 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: manufacturing or mechanical/electrical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads plant operations and directs activities to meet safety, financial, and operating goals.
• Develops plant-specific goals and communicates performance to staff.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes.
• Drives safety culture and ensures compliance with codes and procedures.
• Acts as ultimate decision-maker in emergencies affecting facilities, people, and property.
