Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related area preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement key operations activities for the GenCo station.
• Lead maintenance activities and personnel when required.
• Participate in plant budget planning, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Promote safety and enforce compliance with safety rules.
• Communicate performance results to staff and leadership.
• Make decisions during emergencies affecting facilities and personnel.
