Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or coordinating large contributor teams.
• Experience as an Expert Program Manager or similar in AI training data.
• Ability to engage for 40 hours/week.
• Strong written communication and guidelines experience.
• Prior Mercor projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a large pool of domain experts daily, onboarding and reviewing work.
• Translate inputs into clear guidelines and task instructions for the team.
• Track deliverables and quality metrics in Sheets/Excel; report status to stakeholders.
• Evaluate submissions and identify root causes to raise quality standards.
• Flag risks early and drive resolution with partners.
• Collaborate with research and product partners to ensure data accuracy.
