Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a senior Quality Engineering leader to drive GenAI-enabled testing across the software lifecycle. You will design automation frameworks, mentor teams, and shape the automation roadmap, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.

You will build and test AI-driven testing solutions, evaluate vendor options, and advocate for responsible AI practices and model governance while delivering enterprise-scale testing programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 13-16 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, and Automation.
• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale testing programs.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium, and Playwright.

Responsibilities

• GenAI solution in STLC across the software lifecycle.
• Build/test solutions to create automation code for UI/API via automation tools and GenAI coding.
• Develop test data mining using Generative AI.
• Architect and design automation frameworks and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Collaborate on GenAI initiatives and PoCs across lifecycle.
• Define automation/GenAI adoption roadmap and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
• Mentor teams in GenAI best practices, model optimization, deployment, and safety.
