Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking an AI Functional team member to help clients explore Generative AI solutions that boost operations, customer and employee experiences, and data-driven decisions. You will define and support AI-driven business and technology implementations by analyzing client processes, goals, and data, and by collaborating with functional and technical teams in a consulting setting.

A strong appetite for learning, Microsoft tooling expertise, and comfort with professional

Qualifications

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts across industries.
Understanding of Microsoft technologies, especially AI and Power Platform.
Solid grasp of software development lifecycles.
Ability to document business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear and testable.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset focused on measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training to define objectives and AI use cases.
Assess feasibility of AI initiatives and guide prioritization with strategic outcomes.
Contribute to user stories, requirements analysis, tests, and documentation for collaboration.
Support proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing.
Assist in project planning, including effort estimation and timeline tracking.
