Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Functional team member to help clients explore and adopt Generative AI solutions that boost operational performance, customer experiences, and data-driven decision making.

You’ll define, shape, and support AI-driven business and technology solutions by analyzing client processes and data, while leveraging Microsoft technologies and GenAI capabilities. Collaboration and continual learning are core to success.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
• Experience documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear and testable.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and AIOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define project objectives and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to assess feasibility and align AI initiatives with outcomes.
• Contribute to user stories, requirements analyses, testing plans, and documentation.
• Support proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing.
• Assist in project planning, including effort estimation and timeline tracking.
