Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Functional team member in its Consulting Practice to help clients explore Generative AI solutions that improve operations and decision-making. You will define, shape, and support AI-driven business and technology solutions by analyzing client processes, goals, and data with leading practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functional and technical teams, stakeholder education, and delivery of AI capabilities using Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications across industries.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly AI and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements that are clear, testable, and traceable.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to define project objectives and uncover AI use cases.
• Collaborating with clients to assess feasibility of AI initiatives, guiding prioritization and alignment with outcomes.
• Contributing to user stories, requirements analysis, testing plans, and documentation for collaboration between functional and technical teams.
• Supporting proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing.
• Assisting in project planning, including effort estimation, resource coordination, and timeline tracking.
