Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts across industries.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly AI and Power Platform.
• Proven ability to document business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear, testable, and traceable.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on aligning AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, AI Ops, and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to define project objectives and uncover AI use cases.
• Collaborating with clients to assess feasibility of AI initiatives, guiding prioritization and alignment with strategic outcomes.
• Contributing to user stories, requirements analysis, testing plans, and documentation to support collaboration between functional and technical teams.
• Supporting proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing to refine approaches.
• Assisting in project planning, including effort estimation, resource coordination, and timeline tracking, while communicating updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Acting as a liaison to translate business requirements into actionable technical specs.
• Enhancing internal methodologies and tools for AI delivery and client engagement.
• Delivering internal and client training on GenAI capabilities and use cases.
• Continuously expanding knowledge of the AI landscape, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
