Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect to guide strategic customers in GenAI architectures, model selection, and implementation.

This role blends deep technical expertise with business insight, collaborating across AWS teams to build scalable cloud solutions. Based in the United States with flexibility for Dallas/Seattle/DC, you will lead design sessions, publish content, mentor staff, and influence product roadmaps while staying current with evolving GenAI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years designing/implementing applications and infrastructures.
• 8+ years in relevant technology domains (cloud, software, networking, data).
• Strong GenAI knowledge and practical architectural experience.
• Preferred cloud certifications and hands-on AWS service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor on GenAI solutions for government, edu, and public sector customers.
• Lead architecture design sessions, deep-dives, and PoCs for GenAI opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on GenAI architectures, model selection, fine-tuning, and responsible AI.
• Partner with account teams to accelerate sales cycles with GenAI domain expertise.
• Present at AWS events and publish external content (blogs, demos, workshops).
• Deliver internal enablement sessions and build external credibility for GenAI in public sector.
• Channel customer requirements to AWS service teams and support beta programs.
• Obtain SA Associate and SA Pro certifications within specified timelines.
