Job summary

Amazon in San Francisco is seeking a Generative AI Specialist Solutions Architect to help customers design agentic AI-enabled development workflows on AWS. You will serve as a technical advisor for GenAI deployments and guide adoption patterns across the SDLC.

Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects, produce white papers, demos, and field enablement materials, and translate customer feedback into product requirements for agentic coding tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
• Experience managing teams, or experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems and SDLC, and help them implement generative AI solutions using agentic coding tools.
• Deliver briefings, demos, hackathons and deep-dive sessions to customers; guide them on adoption patterns for agentic AI development
• Develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations, and presentations to enable customers and partners to fully leverage agentic AI development on AWS Create field enablement materials for the broader technical field population, helping them integrate agentic coding tools like Kiro into customer architectures
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Solution Architects in the field, providing guidance on their customer engagements
• Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, and distill that feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams to help shape the future of agentic coding tools
